XSD Name space issue

All,

We have two xsd's as external def which refer to each other and after the processing of interface target structure looks like this.

We need to remove only xmlns:oa="http://www.openapplications.org/oagis"> from below screen shot

Actual target file is generated with with ns0: and i used XMLAnonymizer to replace the ns0 to oa ,i also need to remove that redundant name space.
