Parameter sender reference is missing ? (SAP to SWIFT) MT101

Hi,

I am having problem with SAP to SWIFT using SAP Integration Package for SWIFT.  The file adapter module keep throw error "Parameter sender reference is missing" whenever read the MT101 file from SAP BCM.

In OBPM1 transaction I had selected "Payment Medium without docs." Type FTA.  I had unchecked the other options of "Format output" block.  Also, I unchecked the "DME Engine" option.

Any idea what is the current format supposed to be ? Do I have to select a DME Engine option?  Do I have to create a function module and assign to an event module?  But why the OSS 1280375 just indicate that I need to select the type FTA?
