SXI_CACHE Cache Refresh Error

Dear Experts,

Please help me to solve the issue.

1. SXI_CACHE:

Cache Content is up to date

Error during last attempt to Refresh Cache

Delta Cache / Full Cache:Error 'HTTP status code 503 Service Unavailable' while executing HTTP request (calling method 'get_status')

1. Unable to access the dir / ir / id
2. http://<host>:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full– Not working
3. Able to access the RWB

Verified

1. SM59 :

RFC Destination: INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

Connection Type : H

Target Host: <hostname> , Service No : 50000 , Path Prefix : /dir/CacheRefresh

Security Option : Basic Authentication

If I remove the Path prefix – response is Code 200 , OK

User : PIISUSER and Password : correct (working)

1. SU01 : no User get locked
2. SLDCHECK is working
3. User  login in the Exchange profile for the integration server is correct
