Soap Receiver Error

Hi Experts,

I am working on Proxy-Soap Synchronous scenario in PI 7.31.When ever am triggering message from sproxy am getting below error.

Message processing failed: sdk.xi.util.URI$MalformedURIException: no scheme in Configuration monitoring.

I think this would be with Incorrect URL or any config issues with PI.
