Current date in dynamic folder names

Hi Experts,

What is the best method? The requirement is to modify the directory structure in our SFTP channels such that there is a folder for the current run's Year then Month then Day and the file should be placed there... e.g. /devl/inbound/997FA/%year%/%month%/%day%

What is the best method for creating these variables?
