Hi experts,
I need your help to solve this PI issue. Here follows the history:
Due to communication problems with SEFAZ-SP to the PI system, some weeks ago, inbound messages weren't being delivered and generated the error: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset.
The SAP message was created and the recommendation of SAP was to implement SAP note 1507568 (Latest update of ssl library in Java stack).
According to this SAP note it will be necessary to update the component SERVERCORE and its dependencies, i.e. BASETABLES, J2EEFRMW and ENGINEAPI
The patches for these components were installed but the problem wasn't solved.
After manually adjusting the iSaSiLk file to version 4.403 the communication problem was solved.
Then, after two days, the Customer's PI specialist reported a problem when he tried to access the "Integration Builder".
The message error reported was: com.sap.aii.ibdir.bom.cpa.ICPConstants "Internel GUI Error"
We opened the SAP message. SAP recommendation was to re-deploy the components: MESSAGING, SAP_XIAF, SAP_XIESR, SAP_XIGUI and SAP_XITOOL
After re-deploying the components above the access problem to "Integration Builder" was solved, but the interfaces have disappeared in "Enterprise Service Builder". The settings and router disappeared too in "Integration Builder".
