Log version issue after the service pack upgrade

Hello All,

Recently we have done the SP upgrade from SP 05 to SP10 for our SAP PI landscape which is on 7.11 .

I am facing a strange issue in my synchronous scenario: HTTP--> PI--> RFC .

Mostly , all the messages for this scenario are stuck in SXMB_MONI with status "Log Version" (grey circle sign)

But sometimes the messages get  processed as well. However this is very rare.

Please help how should i proceed. I have already spent half a day searching over SDN and other sites....

Also, is there a way to find out if PI has actually made any RFC call to ECC ?
