Prerequisites for reading files in Little Endian format

Hi Experts,

I have an interface to read files created in Little Endian format.

I tried to use the file encoding format UTF-16LE for reading the same file directly via a File Sender adapter, but could not get any legible text in PI.

Please confirm if it is mandatory to apply the below before reading the file into PI:

- use hex format of the file and not the little endian format directly

- remove bytes at the beginning of the header record because I do not see any matching the UTF-16LE format

- use FCC for the channel
