We have a situation where the network goes down and gets reconnected sometimes. When the connectivity is established, the threads get hung.Unless we clear those threads, messages don't get processed.
Though the sender JMS channel is in green, the messages dont get picked up from the queue when the connectivity is established(due to hung threads).Even when the channel is stopped and started manually, the messages don't get picked. There is no cache issue either.
But when the sender JMS channel is saved and activated without making any changes ,it works fine.
Is there any permanent solution for this issue? Also is it possible to get an alert when the connectivity is lost and when the thread is hung for a long time?
We are using SAP PI 7.31.
