Audit Log for Message not available

Dear All;

I have searched for this topic and the result are for 7.1 version and 2009 /2010

We are in 7.31 SP8, Dual Stack, High Availability (cluster)

for all the messages Audit Log is not available after 8 hours for processed messages.

We have not activated archiving / deleting in ABAP and JAVA;

Can you suggest a solution for this issue.

parameter:

isAuditLogEnabled =  true (default) / ' ' (custom value)

messaging.auditLog.memoryCache = 'true' (default) / 'false' (custom value)
