B2B: EDI Separator Error: Transmitting the message to endpoint using connection EDISeparator_http://sap.com/xi/XI/EDISeparator failed

Hi

My scenario is to convert ANSI X12 852 003020 file to .csv file and I am using B2B addOn PO 7.4

I have followed B2B- EDI Inbound -Step by Step Configuration.

In First ICO :  File --> PI --> EDI Separator Receiver

In Second ICO: EDI Separator Sender --->PI---->.CSV

Now, I have seen the message got converted to ANSI XML in ICO2, but there after message going first Wait later System Error...When I open the message log I can see the error Pls find the below picture for the same ."Transmitting the message to endpoint   using connection EDISeparator_http://sap.com/xi/XI/EDISeparator failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.xi.routing.RoutingException: InterfaceDetermination did not yield any actual interface"

Is there any guidance from the experts who have come across this error?
