Alert Categorisation

Hello All,

When we create Alert category in ABAP stack(Integration Engine ,Tcode ALRTCATDEF) , how does they get available in Java stack to add alert rules for those alert categories?

Is there any RFC connection is available .. i am using PI 7.0
