Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue wherein a Material Change is not being captured by Change pointers. When a Material is deployed to a new Sales organization, the Change document is being created clearly showing an Insert on MVKE-KEY. But a change pointer is not being created for this activity, even though MVKE-KEY is present in the BD52 Change Pointer Configuration for that particular Message Type.
So, I see a change logged properly in the Change Document, the config present for that particular change type in BD52, but the Change Pointer not created. Is there something I am missing here or some other setting that I need to check?
