SAP PI SYS ACK messages

Hi Experts ,

Is it possible to read the system acknowledgments in the integration engine.

We have a requirement to read the error in the acknowledgments and update  a Z table in SAP PI for every outbound asynchronous message.

Is there any way to filter the asynchronous acknowledgments with errors and also capture the error log.

Any inputs will be appreciated.
