SOAP AXIS SENDER ADAPTER ERROR: WSDoAllReceiver: security processing failed

Hi,

We are testing a soap to file scenario using AXIS in SENDER SOAP ADAPTER.

We are getting the following error

         <faultcode>soapenv:Server.generalException</faultcode>

         <faultstring>WSDoAllReceiver: security processing failed (actions mismatch)</faultstring>

Need urgent resolution of this.

Any help will be much appreciated
