I am trying to send 5 files, in that 2 files getting 1 null record but 3 files getting 2 null records, it was fine when testint but when it comes in production we are getting two null records but it has to get only one record or one empty line at start of

I am trying to send 5 files, in that 2 files getting 1 null record but 3 files getting 2 null records, it was fine when testint but when it comes in production we are getting two null records but it has to get only one record or one empty line at start of the file. please could anyone suggest coz its a production issue... thanks in advance..
