dynamic change file name

Hi Friends,

    My scenario is proxy to file. vendor System send the data from Ecc to  File(XML format).

   My question is if new file .it will send  to one folder. if any changes in vendor it will send to some other folder.

   2. file names also they want change.

       for example if any changes vendor details  file name and folder name(Changed folder name). and  date.

I thought here we want use UDF.

please provide step by step .
