Transport sync objects issue 7.31 SP11

Hi experts,

     We are facing an issue of the transports of the Sync Service interfaces, once we move the objects from one system (DEV) to preproduction or production, the sync service interface is transported as async service interface.

    We try to transport it by CTS+ as we usally do, and by file transport, with the same results.

    System Information:

Any of you face the same problem? We think that we have this issue after last SP upgrade, we try to find a SAP note to fix that but we couldn't find it.
