Synchronous Soap to file Scenario with & without NWBPM

Dear Experts,

We have scenario WebService to file (Soap --> PI--> File) where in we need to generate the response for the following cases.

1. When any input field is missing then we need to send an error response (Fields missing in the payload).

2. When we have all the field with us then we need to create a file and generate an response as 'success'.

3. We have all the fields with us and file did not generate due to some reasons then, we need to send the response as 'Failure'.

Please let me know how can we acheive the above task with and without NWBPM, Its urgent.
