JDBC to Mail with multiple queries & multiple structures dynamically

Dear Experts,

We have a scenario (JDBC --> PI --> Mail) in which we need to perform 4 different queries from 2 different tables and generate 4 different outputs  with different structure (Dynamic) and send that to 3 different Email groups.

So please suggest how can we acheive the above task with & with out BPM.
