Update data into SAP Ztables

Hi Friends,

  I got new Scenario i.e File sever to SAP Ztable

Sender side   2 different types of Structure XML file and receiver side SAP Ztables

for this Scenario what type of Adapter i need to use  for updating to SAP Z tables(Receiver Side)?

can I use RFC adapter for this?
