We currently have a scenario wherein the partner sends plain message data via AS2. We have B2B Add-on 1.0 EP4 installed on our SAP PI 7.31 dual stack system. Since the partner is using custom formatted messages, we used B2B Add-on to define the message structure and use that to convert the inbound AS2 message to XML format. Since we wanted to have a single sender AS2 communication channel for each AS2 partner, what I did was to configure the AS2 comm channel to send the data to an EDISeparator Receiver Comm Channel. In turn, I created several Sender EDI Separator communication channel for each custom inbound message type the partner is sending. This works out for 2 message structures however, when I activate the 3rd and the 4th, the first two stops working.
The configurations works until the AS2 sender routes the data to the EDISeparator Comm Channel (common for all EDI, XML and Plain message formats). However, the sender comm channel cannot resolve/match the message type even though it was working before hand. I have tried refreshing the cache but that didn't help at all.
