SOAP to Proxy scenario

Hi,

I have a scenario like SOAP to Proxy Synchronous.

The requirement is that the response will have to send to the Sender in all the cases (there is a status field, values will be 1,2 and 3) and also if the status is '3' then PI will have to send an email using mail adapter.

How can we achieve this with or with out BPM?
