We have a BPM scenario with multiple steps.
We see a major 4 hours delay between two steps which we are unable to find out the reason.
The first step finishes off with a Async send and Async receive. I have found the async send and receive finishes within 10 mins.
But after this the second step starts only after 4 hour delay where the BPM process is still waiting. The timeout has been set to 7 hours in total.
This is one of complicated interfaces and have been designed long ago which we are trying to rebuild.
Any reason that anybody can think of why this is happening?
