Message ID is not showing in memory logs in RWB

hi experts

I configured RFC to JDBC scenario using ( ICO)advanced adapter engine.

here my issue is message is not coming from ECC to PI and message id is not generating in  JAVA STACK .

in RWB i checked with sender cc, it gives green but message id is not generated in memory logs

see the below screen shot for the same

and i maintained RFC destination correctly in program and program id is correct

Could you please help me in this and give me the solution ASAP
