I would like to know if it is possible for PI to turn on and off Comm Channels based on the status of the Third Party system. For example, PI will send a "Test Ping" into the third party and once a successful connection is established, it will start the communication channels and process the messages else it will just schedule the messages until a connection is established.
Planning to achieve this without using ccBPM or any memory intensive methods if possible. We are currently using SAP 7.1.
