SOAP SubDomain and Distributor

Hi All,

we have one IDOC to SOAP Scenario,where we are not getting the response using SOAP UI. If i use Header as Subdomain and Value is Distributor in SOAP UI then we are getting the response,but with out giving these values we are not getting the response....why we are facing this problem can anybody tell me??
