Publish the message details to an Auditing tool from PO

Hi folks,

    we have got a requirment say when my PO system receives any payload message for an interface next moment I need to publish the message properites to an external audit tool say mule soft that I received a message and if any messages failed during processing the again I need to publish few information from the payload content to the audting tool.Pls let me know how this should be approached?

we need to implement this for our scenario, i.e. WMQ -->(JMS Adapter) PO --- > ECC (proxy).
