OS Command after file processing from PI to trigger batch job in ECC

Hello Team ,

We are having a file to file pass through interface in PI with no ESR.

Requirement is :

As soon as file is placed in ECC AL11 directory by Receiver file NFS channel the batch job should trigger in ECC to process this file.

For handling this requirement i have created one event in SM64 in ECC and scheduled the batch job to run after event is triggered.

Now to trigger that event i have created one script(.bat) , placed that in a directory in ECC by following the SAP Help page :

Triggering Events from External Programs - Background Processing - SAP Library

sapevt ZTEST_BPM name=<System Name> nr=<System Number>

When basis team is running this script manually from ECC OS level the process is working fine and script is triggering the event and batch job successfully.

Now to make the process automated from PI level , i mentioned the ECC path of the script in PI NFS channel(OS command after file processing).

The script directory path is already mounted to PI server so it is accessible.

When i am triggering the interface the message log is showing Command executed but the event is not getting triggered.

Can someone please let me know what can be the issue??

The command line path should be mentioned in this manner only?

Any other suggestions for handling this requirement? Please note we can not change the design of our interface to Proxy/RFC etc.

P.s : Both PI and ECC servers are running on UNIX OS.

Thanks
