We have implemented UDMS in our landscape (AEX) but facing one challenge w.r.t it.
We have configured it for Email Integration scenario and we are using Email subject field for searching/indexing the messages. It works well for most of the scenarios but fails for messages where email subject is more than 100 chars long. We get below error in such cases(screenshot attached):
1) Is there a way to modify the fields/lengths in this (Standard) table - XI_AF_LMS_DATA?
2) Is it possible to trim the field (email subject in our case) for UDMS only so that it complies with the 100 length but at the same time it shouldn’t get trimmed in main message/scenario?
Also, please note that this error have no impact on message processing. Messages get processed successfully. And we get to know about this error only when we see check logs in Log Viewer. However for such cases PI is not able to store these Message for UDMS search & it does not yield any results on Search using UDMS.
