Receiver communication channel missing in Runtime Workbench

I am new to PI and cannot understand what could be the cause of the following problem.

We are on PI 7.1 version.

I have created a Config scenario with 3 SOAP Receiver communication channels on Dev. When I go to the runtime workbench, and communication channel monitoring on dev i can see all 3 of these communication channels there.

I have transported this to Q system. At first there was a mistake I transported only 2 of the receiver channels, but then later i realised my mistake and transported the other as well. The problem is that on Q in the RWB I can only see 2 of the communication channels, the 3rd one is not there!? All 3 are active, and i have compared Q to Dev and everything looks the same.

I know it is probably something simple I am missing but don't know what! Any help greatly appreciated.
