Hello guys,
for a few weeks now we have an issue that prevents us from activating directory objects. On a healthy system when I activate an object and I look in the Cache Status Overview it won't take more than a few seconds before everything is on green status.
Currently our system wouldn't set anything on green status itself. At least I need to press "Update on Cache Instance" twice so that the status goes to green. But sometime it won't go to green status at all, no matter on how often I press the update button. After a reboot it works for a short period but after a few hours I have the same issue again.
Any idea on where to look for any error message to find out the main reason? Or did anybody have this issue once and was able to fix it?
There is an OSS ticket we opened but, well, it takes time, you know. So while waiting for the SAP why not try to find any valuable answer here.
