Need help in configuration of hcm and pi integration

Hi Experts,

i want to integrate the employee data from hcm to successfactors through sap pi . and i am using the pi of version 7.30 . i need the help in configuration i.e. pre-requisites. As of now i have done the installation of add-on for sap and pi. Here my question is how to connect these two systems

shall i need to create the gateway ?
