Hi,
We have configured the alert rule correctly and configured the job in NWA.
The alerts are also consumed by the job but the email is sent to the mailFrom email address instead of mailTO.
Example: if mail from is configured as abc@company.com& mail to is configured as xyz@company.com.
Then email is sent to abc@company.com to abc@company.com
Has anyone faced this issue with alertConsumerJob previously.
