Error: unable to call application dynamically

Hi Experts,

My scenario is inbound .  Database to ECC.

we are fetching the data from the database and send it to ECC system.

for this we are using JDBC adapter at sender side and Proxy at receiver side.

while testing this scenario we are getting following error.
