SAP R/3 4.6C DESADV.DELVRY05

Hello Gurus,

       We have a File - IDoc scenario in PI 7.1. Here PI needs to push the Advance Shipping Notice IDoc DESADV.DELVRY05 to R/3.

       But I came to know that SAP R/3 4/6C version does not contains DELVRY version 05. But my client is not accepting any other lower versions for the same.

      Do we have a chance to build a custom IDoc similar to DELVRY IDoc version 05 or any other options.

      Please share your valuable inputs.
