We are working on SAP PI 7.3 EHP 1.
I am developing an “IDOC”to “EDI 810 version 4010VICS” Interface using B2B AddOn-EDI Maintenance Tool.
As there is no EDI (E2X or X2E) conversion rules defined in SAP PI EDI maintenance table for this type of EDI.
In PI7.1, while working on SEEBURGER BIC mappings, we used to create Customize mapping in BIC MD tool.
Could you please guide how to create same customize EDI Conversion rules in SAP PI.

Hi Guys,
We have one interface in production system which sends the file to third party FTP server.
Due to some security reasons, the third party is closing the server on which the FTP server resides.
So I need to give some alternative for FTP file delivery.Can you please help in this issue?

Hi experts,
we have PI 7.31 SP4 AEX running. Now we have an issue with registrations of connections, which were working fine.
All connection registrations faild with the same reason: The environment isn't ready, so the connections won't be initialized.
for example:
Connection registration failed for connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System on node 614729650 due to: Failed to register connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System. Reason: The environment isn't ready, so the connections won't be initialized.
Please let me know, where should I let basis team to check on this issue.

Hello Colleagues,
we try to cancel schedule messages (green flag in SXBM_MONI) in our ECC 6.0 satellite system with report RSXMB_CANCEL_NO_COMMIT_MSG as recommended by SAP (SAPNote 872388) but it doesn't work. We could change only messages with white flag in status cancel.
Can anybody help us here?

I am facing the problem to import PI/XI wsdl file in the CAF as a consumer proxy.After Importing the PI wsdl file , CAF service is not working and saying "service group is not configured"?

Here is my scenario(sychronous),
SAP ECC------->PI 7.3------->WebMethods------>some target system
sender side: ABAP proxy
receiver side: SOAP adapter
I need to send data from ECC to target system.
1.What are the configurations required in PI to connect to Webmethods.
2.If the data doesnt get processed succesfully at webmethods or the target system,PI needs to send an alert email with the payload of the message to receipients.How do I achieve this requirement.

We have to use standard Ariba Purchase Order objects in PI 7.31.
we got to know that RFC lookups are used in the standard mapping, Kindly let me know where can i find the docs to know wheter these RFC lookups related objects will be delivered along with standard objects or else we have to do any custom set up for the same.

Hi Friends,
I am currently working on IDOC-ABAP-XML secnario.I have configured the abap mapping class in Interface Mapping part of Integration Builder. When I am triggering the IDOC the xml file is getting generated but without any data in it.
After analysing SXMB_MONI I understood that the inbound message is not calling the ABAP program that I have mapped in Integration Builder and I guess that probably could be the reason of creation of xml file without any data in it.
I believe that there is not any issue with the connection between ECC and PI system but when the IDOC reaching PI the ABAP mapping class is not getting triggered due to which the xml is empty.
Please share your valuable input in this as this is stopping the Testing.

We are getting an error while posting an Idoc to PI 7.31 Java stack....
The Idoc status showing as successful and status code 03 but its not reaching PI at all getting stuck in SM58 and showing following error as
Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host XXXX, ProgId = XXX.....Message no. SR053. For you details please find the screenshot:
By selecting the entry executed LUW(F6) and now the error Message is showing like as:

As per our current design we are sending data from ECC to MDM through PI.
Due to huge traffic in MDM we would like to create a separate queue in SAP PI for MDM processing.
So that all MDM related messages are processed through that queue.
Please suggest how to build this kind of separate queue in PI.

I started using Process Orchestration and not much familiar with Netweaver BPM in PO7.31,Need to check how we can implement below requirement in NWBPM( specifically the BPM steps/tasks/activity in NWBPM):
Step 1 -> System A sends the data to PI.
(Pls refer the attached xml file with 0…unbounded RecordDetail).
Step 2 -> PI sends the data to NW BPM System as it is .Now BPM will checks the
following condition on the field “Type” (RecordDetail/ PriceDetail/Prices/Price/Type) in each RecordDetail which is 0..unbounded message structure.
Step 3 -> If Type !=Collect , need to send data to PI straight away.Here we need to form a new message structure with type! = collect and send that 0..unbounded single message structure to PI.
Step 4 -> If Type= Collect, checking this value for all 0..unbounded message structure and collecting these messages and sending each of these messages one after another with a 5 seconds gap in between them to PI.

Recently we had an increase in handling BE (synchronous) scenarios on a PI 7.3
In some cases now we have to call synchronous webservices to deliver some data but we are not interested in processing the response message.
On our monitors I see "no mappingprogram found" errors for these response messages.
There is no soap body payload within the response message we receive and we have not setup any mapping for the response either.
Is there a possiblity to setup to allow all response messages without a mapping? We would like to see the messages as green in the monitors instead of red errors.

when i am trying the monitor the sendr communication channel in RWB,it is not showing the present error log ...
it is just showing the past error log....what i have to do to resolve this.

I have to create a data type which has more than 50 fields, so trying to create a XSD from Excel sheet and upload same in PI.
I tried to search in google but confused that suggestion are like convert excel to xml then xsd and so on.
I have no idea how to provide the element and its occurrence in excel sheet and go on with like above steps.
Kindly give me suggestion how to generate a XSD from Excel sheet directly as i have multiple interface which are having more than 50 fields.
