SOAP Response with an attachment

Hi All,

I have a Synchronus ABAP proxy(Outbound) to SOAP Scenario.

The ABAP Proxy is used to get a trigger to Webserviece to download a document. The Document is downloaded butu the SOAP Response is in the form of an Attachment and there is no Main document in the payload.

The document is in XML format.

Please suggest a way how  we can have the attachment as the main documnet in Payload.
