Re: SPROXY Inbound to ECC Successful & Outbound Failing with 401 Error

Hello!! All

We have been having the following  issues with our SPROXY set up:

Version:

PI 7.11

ECC 6.0

1. All inbound messages from PI to ECC are successful.
2. All Outbound messages from ECC to PI are failing with 401 Error.
3. Additionally SPROXY is prompting for user ID & password.
4. Also, additionally SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE is failing as well.

Can you please help us find the root cause of the issue and how best to debug in order fix the connectivity issue of SPROXY to successfully sen outbound proxy messages from ECC to PI.
