SAP PI Can not add a new software component returns a Blank Page

Hi Experts,

I am having an issue on my PI server. When on the SLD trying to add a new software component the server returns a blank page. see image below.

I have tried different browsers thinking that it might be a browser issue but all of them return the same result. i have also checked my roles within the back-end system and i have a admin rights to perform the said task but still it didn't work.

Please can you kindly assist. Your help to this matter is greatly appreciated.
